Jigheads

I spent a year working on these with one goal, to make the most durable jigheads in existence & the center piece is the hooks. I worked with Mustad & put together a custom jig hook with a 2x wire which means no straightened hooks, upgraded Alpha Point that is both sharper and more durable than standard points meaning it stays sharper longer. They also feature a special coating called Titan Steel, that Mustad claims offers 500 hours of saltwater resistance against corrosion, but I put it to the test. I caught 30 or so redfish on one of these and then cut the jighead off my line and dropped it into a water bottle filled with hypersaline saltwater from the Lower Laguna Madre, my local waters down here in South Texas & as of the date of this writing it has been in that saltwater for over 1000 hours and has zero rust on it. During this same period of time I fished two of them over 15 fishing trips, caught a couple hundred toothy saltwater fish on each, points are still sharp & no rust. I am sure these will rust at some point, but I have not been able to find that point yet, they've completely blown me away. I even got custom screw locks made out of stainless steel to make sure there are 0 weak points. These are jigheads you can tie on and fish with confidence over and over and over again.
